• Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — via pixels and hashed audience matching only
• Legal/Compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of GuardPro or others

We do NOT sell your personal information to data brokers or unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting our lead form, you provide prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for GuardPro LLC and its named partner contractors to contact you using:
